Introduction

For a long time i had the desire to give my brothers and sisters in Christ tips about health, and i also hope to wake everyone up to pay more attention to their health, therefore this health and family series. In this notebook I have tried to provide a compact list of knowledge and tips.


The information in this booklet is for someone who wants to live in terms of nutrition a life free from e-numbers, without the addition of chemicals, high concentrates or other unnatural processes. This to honour God and please God in our lives through His Son Jesus Christ, amen.

Time division and dispensing of roles

Some of the tips in this booklet are labor intensive and time consuming, which is why it is good and Biblical to maintain this way of living.

The man mainly works for income, the woman mainly keeps the house.

By maintaining this way of life, the woman has the time to prepare healthy food for her family, bake bread, care for the children, wash tie diapers, homeschool her children, etc.

The man can focus on working for an income, also spend some time teaching the children and spend time studying the Bible so that he can lead his family in wisdom and fear of the Lord God almighty, according to the word of God; the King James Bible 1611.

If you do not have a clear dispension in roles as husband and wife then you get a mess, neither of them has a clear purpose.

Task of the man: Work for an income, study the word of God.

Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

1 Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

Task of the woman: Bearing children and keeping the house. 1 Timothy 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Healthy tips

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Self sufficient

I first want to start at the source and that is that if you are able to live self-sufficiently then this is the healthiest way of eating and drinking, this is because you know what is in it, you know what you have used on the land and what the animals did eat.

Eat at least organic

Organic food is healthier and puts less strain on the organs.

Organic means less spraying of pesticides, less or no fertilizer, better soil was used for cultivation. The irrigation that is used is also less harmful.

Eating with less processing ensures recovery from illness and physical complaints, leaving power for the internal cleansing of previously eaten junk and bad products. The more contaminated our food is, the more your body is busy fighting the bad substances to excrete them (as far as this is possible). Waste substances that cannot be excreted are otherwise stored in strange places, such as in fat, organs and sometimes even in the brain.

If you want to become and stay healthier, you will have to minimize pollution. (Both mentally and physically)

Your body needs natural food to work properly, so that you can hopefully feel healthy and stay healthy.

Organic is also better for the animals and the earth.

Packs and bags

Cook without packets and bags, and make your own spice mixes to avoid unhealthy additives.

Eat unprocessed and unrefined, real food. As God created it.

What did the Devil deceive with?

Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

It is the same with food and drinks that comes in packaging, it looks beautiful (eyes), tasty (good for food), and it seems to be good for you (wisdom), but this is not, you are misled by the good looking packets and bags and additions to the truth, (the original) of how God created it.

Satan adds to the word of God.

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Satan questions the truth of God’s words, he deceives and lies.

A few other verses to edify and encourage action:

1 Corinthians 10:14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

Stop worshiping product packaging with misleading logos and beautiful color, scent and flavor additives.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Eating without e-numbers (additives)

Eating without e-numbers (additives) is eating as God intended, purely natural. Eating without e-numbers puts less strain on organs.

We do not eat E-numbers because we think that this is too high a concentration that our body cannot handle correctly.

Find out what things are like: aspartame [E951], ascorbic acid [E300], mono sodium glutamate (MSG) [E621] and sucralose [E955] etc.

Unhealthy Food

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Do not become a friend of the world by eating worldly unhealthy food:

James 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

As a Christian it is a good testimony not to eat the world’s unhealthy food because the body of a Christian is the temple of the living God. Making a clear difference visible between a unbeliever and a Christian.

2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

2 Corinthians 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

2 Corinthians 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

Buy Local

By asking the farmer questions you can learn a lot about their milk or meat. Like whether the cows come outside and also get grass in the winter, for example. Whether pesticides or fertilizers are used on the land and whether hormones are used, whether the cows are given supplementary feed in the form of grains, corn, beets, etc., is not good for the animal and indirectly also not for the person who eats or drinks the meat or milk. Let the farmer inform you, he will probably be happy to tell you about it. The preference for meat and milk is grass-fed.

Our food choice

To give a brief summary: We ourselves buy organic products, organic grass-fed meat, raw organic milk, raw organic butter, everything we buy is without e-numbers and without additives and without preservatives, we eat raw milk cheese made with Celtic sea salt from ‘Remeker’, and meat products from, for ensample, butcher’s shop ‘De Woeste Grond’ from the Netherlands because they are completely free of additives and only use Celtic sea salt. We bake our own leavened bread with Celtic sea salt and organic whole grain spelt meal (dinkel). We do not buy products that have been pasteurized or homogenized and only buy products with Celtic sea salt. If this does not exist, we make it ourselves or we eat something else.

Coconut Oil

You can put coconut oil on your skin, in your hair, as a massage, as care for baby’s bottom, for internal and external body healing, you can fry in coconut oil, use it for brushing teeth, as a natural sunscreen, etc. It is good for many purposes, coconut oil does not remain sticky and you can safely use it.

Good for the cleansing and recovery of underlying diseases and complaints.

Coconut oil has a natural disinfectant effect.

Coconut oil cleanses the body from within and kills bad bacteria or clears inflammation.

Swallow 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per day for internal cleansing.

You can also do a heavy ‘detoxification cure’ of taking 3-4 tablespoons per day, but you have to have the courage and desire to do this.

This treatment lasts between 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the person. You can stop the treatment when you no longer have detoxification reactions (such as diarrhea, headaches, tingling joints, fatigue and other detoxification symptoms).

Coconut oil cures tooth decay

Very good for mouthwashes because many problems and infections enter the body through tooth decay in the mouth. For more information, see the book: ‘The new Arthritis Cure’ by Dr. Bruce Fife.

Mouth rinse / oil pulling is a tool that improves your overall health, strengthens your immune system, fights infections, improves the absorption of nutrients and the composition of your blood and can thus prevent diseases.

Oil pulling gives you fresher breath, whiter teeth and healthy gums and offers you a solution for a large number of chronic diseases in combination with the internal treatment described above.

(Of course you will also have to eat and drink healthy to become and stay healthy, without a healthy eating and drinking pattern it is of no use).

A mouth rinse for 15 minutes twice a day.

In the morning and in the evening before going to bed.

Rinse half a tablespoon of coconut oil vigorously through the mouth with force. (Also a good workout for your facial muscles) (spit out the coconut oil after mouthwash and do not swallow it because it is now contaminated with bacteria from your mouth)

If you suffer from tooth decay, rinse your mouth for 15 minutes 3 times a day. Preferably before the meal, but afterwards is also possible.

(p.s. do not spit the coconut oil down the sink, otherwise it will become clogged.)

Brushing teeth with coconut oil

Brushing teeth with coconut oil is very good for the teeth. Repairs tooth decay.

(Normal toothpaste is very unhealthy and in the long run very bad for your teeth, it causes your teeth to crumble and the teeth die, mainly due to fluoride) Regular toothpaste is very unhealthy.

Toothbrush with soft bristles, gentle on the gums, because it is very important that you brush softly to medium so that the gums do not recede.

If you brush your teeth too roughly with a toothbrush with very hard bristles, the gums will pull up and the teeth will be exposed to too much, opening the door to infections and inflammation.

What is also nice is that children can simply swallow the coconut oil while brushing their teeth because it is just food, which is not allowed with normal regular toothpaste and is then very dangerous.

It is useful to use a flashlight when brushing children’s teeth, so you can clearly see whether the tooth plaque is gone everywhere.

You can also place little children on a soft rug on their back while brushing their teeth, so they lie very still and you can brush their teeth in a much more controlled manner than when they are standing and very active.

Brush 3 to 4 times a day after every meal so that the tooth plaque cannot build up. Do not skip this.

Be careful to brush sensitive areas of the gums more gently. If it hurts, maybe skip it until the gums have calmed down again.

100% natural teeth whitening, ‘activated organic charcoal’

If you want to whiten your teeth, brush occasionally with 100% natural teeth whitening from ‘activated organic charcoal’.

Wet your toothbrush and put a little of the black powder on a bowl and dip the toothbrush in it, then brush your teeth with it.

Do not brush for too long or too often with this charcoal, otherwise you will damage your gums. Once or twice a month is sufficient.

Good quality coconut oil is important.

Buy a good brand of coconut oil. A lot of brands have often been processed, deodorized, softened, heated at high temperatures, etc. And sometimes cheap brands are even made from moldy coconut.

We use an organic brand, extra virgin, or sometimes also coconut oil from Aman Prana, but it is 35% more expensive but very good quality.

Before you buy the jar, always look through the glass at the bottom of the jar to see if the coconut oil is bright white in color.

Only buy from a glass jar.

Breastfeeding

Coconut oil is good to take while with child (expecting a child) and also during breastfeeding because it contains an important component of breast milk, the medium chain fatty acids, especially lauric acid.

Lauric acid is the main saturated fat found in coconut oil. That is why it is good to take it while breastfeeding or to start taking it months before, for example, based on feeling, 1 small teaspoon per day is a good amount.

Coconut oil helps against thrush, put a little in the baby’s mouth and on the mother’s nipple several times a day if needed.

Coconut oil also helps against cracked nipples, put a little on it after every feeding if you have cracked nipples from breastfeeding.

Coconut oil helps wounds heal faster.

Healthy snack

Organic coconut chips (coconut shavings)

Coconut chips are pure sun-dried coconut flesh and a healthy snack.

Natural sunscreen

Coconut oil is a natural sunscreen if you have already been in the sun enough.

Coconut oil is also a nice after-sun.

Cold, flu, or sore throat, etc.?

Take a small teaspoon of Coconut Oil in the morning, afternoon, evening and before going to bed.

If your throat is bothering you, use a mouthwash with coconut oil.

Snoring

By mouthwashing with coconut oil you train your cheeks and mouth and thus reduce snoring.

Mini Fitness Trampoline

Very good to get your blood circulation going. This helps to clean up waste products in the body. (Good to take a tablespoon of coconut oil to clean up waste coming free in the body from jumping on the trampoline)

Jumping on a trampoline for a while every day is very healthy.

About 5 minutes to 30 minutes of jumping depending on how fit you are, you can build up the duration of jumping slowly and you do not have to jump hard to achieve the desired result. Especially good for people who have body complaints, or are old and/or have little exercise. Also useful for women after childbirth to train the urinary bladder and back.

Unrefined Celtic sea salt

Celtic sea salt is extracted manually using a traditional Celtic method dating back about 2,000 years ago in the Gurande region of Brittany, France. Water from the cold sea current of the Atlantic Ocean is guided via an ingenious canal system to shallow clay marshes. The acidic clay in these swamps neutralizes the highly alkaline seawater to some extent. Celtic sea salt with a sodium chloride content of approximately 90 percent is one of the most sodium-poor sea salts in the world. ‘What is Celtic sea salt? The healthiest salt in the world.’

Only eat and cook with Celtic sea salt.

You can put Celtic sea salt straight into food, it will melt in wet food. Or in a salt mill, but a large coarse grinding salt mill. Some salt mills get stuck and clogged because the Celtic sea salt is a little damp and sticks in the mill.

Do not buy products with: salt, table salt, baker’s salt, iodized salt (salt with iodine), or sea salt as ingredients.

Only buy products with Celtic sea salt, or no salt added at all so that you can add it yourself afterwards, the choice is very limited, so you quickly end up preparing your own food. (But that is fun and healthy and honorable). You then know what is in your food and you will not be duped.

Avoid aluminum-containing foods such as commercial salt, baking powder and antacids. Do not use aluminum cooking pots or deodorants that contain aluminum. Coconut oil is a natural deodorant for the armpits.

Ps There is one more type of salt that is also okay, and that is Himalayan salt, but it still does not beat Celtic Sea salt by far. This is because Himalayan salt is very old and has lost a lot of strength.

Question: Is there a maximum amount of Celtic salt you can take?

Yes. Until you get so thirsty that you only drink. Your body then strives to dilute the excess salt. Your body indicates when you have taken too much salt. The same with fat, too much makes you feel nauseous. Your body has a natural brake with real nutrients, but not with ‘filling substances’ (carbohydrates). That is the difference between food and filling.

Sole

“Most people are structurally dehydrated and demineralized, drinking water and using the right salt can make a big improvement.”

How to make Sole?

Fill a glass bottle with 1/3 Celtic sea salt and 2/3 water.

How to drink?

Put one teaspoon of sole in a glass of water and drink it. Listen to your body and drink sole on request. We drink an average of 1 to 4 glasses of sole per day.

Yes. Until you get so thirsty that you only drink water. Your body then strives to dilute the excess salt. Your body indicates when you have taken too much salt. The same with fat, too much makes you feel nauseous. Your body has a natural brake with real nutrients, but not with ‘filling substances’ (carbohydrates). That is the difference between food and filling.

Why Celtic Sea Salt?

The regular salts such as table salt, table salt and sea salt are processed salts. The only good unprocessed salt is: Celtic Sea Salt. Avoid all other salt.

Celtic Sea Salt is very healthy because it contains many trace elements and minerals from the sea. Also helps you feel fitter because it inhibits and restores inflammation in the body, mouth and throat.

Normal regular salt such as kitchen salt / table salt and sea salt remove minerals from your body, but Celtic sea salt replenishes the minerals in your body.

Cold shower

Just turn the shower (and your mind) to 0 degrees and stand under it. Or even more fun, take a dip in a cold lake.

Tip: Take a deep breath before going into the cold water.

A cold shower is very healthy, you feel much fitter afterwards, you get more mental strength, a clear head and better focus, you feel more powerful.

Take a cold shower for at least 90 seconds, but longer is always allowed, and try to minimize hot showers.

A cold shower strengthens the immune system, inhibits inflammation and ensures better sleep. It also ensures better blood flow and that ensures more recovery while sleeping.

You improve the functioning and flexibility of your nervous system, your body learns to switch better between effort and relaxation. You will also feel less cold and sweat less from the cold when sitting still for a long time.

If you take a hot shower, for example to wash your hair as a woman, then: do not shower too hot, never above 38 degrees, otherwise you will get an artificial fever. Taking a cold shower is the healthiest option.

An occasional hot shower can be healthy or relaxing, but I recommend minimising it.

I give this advice after taking cold showers for a year and a half.

Proverbs 25:25

As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country.

Jeremiah 18:14

Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

Matthew 10:42

And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

No sugar

Sugar makes you tired and slow. (Cancer feeds itself with sugar), sugar gives you a depressive dip.

Sugar feeds unhealthy bacteria in the body and teeth so that they can grow and the complaints increase.

Fruit and vegetables contain plenty of naturally occurring sugars and in combination with the fibres it is a good source.

It is better not to drink fruit juices, not even ‘squeezed’, but to eat the whole fruit so that the sugars from the fruit reach you more slowly due to the fibers in the fruit.

The best source of sugar is vegetables, fruit or honey.

Preferably honey with the comb, local beekeeper honey.

You can replace everything you normally use sugar for with honey during baking and this is much better, even if you heat the honey in baking, it will still be much better.

Try to reduce the amount of honey in baking, you will get used to eating less sweet foods.

Alternatively, you can also brown two bananas and use them in baking, ripe bananas are a source of sweetness and better than sugar.

If you do consume a source of sugar, use unprocessed coconut blossom sugar, palm sugar. But just to repeat, if you do not want to get a dip and feel down, get sick, fuel illness, fuel sickness, etc. then do not take sugar.

No white refined sugars.

The Chinese say; ‘sugar is poison.’

Chocolate or Cocoa?

Chocolate is often a source of a lot of bad sugars, unhealthy white refined sugars.

Regularly take some Raw cacao powder, or raw cacao beans / cacao nibs. Raw Cacao contains many healthy antioxidants for a strong immune system. You can use raw cocoa powder in baking and dishes.

Honey

Beekeeper honey with the honeycomb

Do not buy commercial honey.

Eat beekeeper honey, preferably with the comb, and preferably from the area where you live.

(If you want to do even better, ask how the bees live, many bees are unfortunately supplemented with white sugar, glucose and fructose syrup. Original and much better is when bees live on their own honey in winter time, unfortunately this is often not the case. It does make a difference that the honey obtained by these bees in the summer no longer comes into contact with the glucose and fructose because this is not given in the summer months)

Psalm 19:10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Proverbs 16:24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

Proverbs 24:13 My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste:

Bee pollen, pollen grains

Bee pollen (pollen grains) are a source of minerals and it gives strength during hard work.

If your body is filled with good minerals and fats, this ensures recovery and better sleep.

If you suffer from hay fever, this can help.

Maximum 1 to 2 tablespoons per day.

Nuts

Try to eat a small handful of unsalted raw nuts every other day, but not too many.

Nuts taste best if you buy them separately per type and store them separately in glass jars with closed lids. If you buy a nut mix then all the nuts often taste a bit alike and lose their own character.

Peanuts and peanut butter seem to be a less healthy nut.

You can also eat other more healthy nut butters, such as almond paste, or cashew paste, hazelnut paste.

You can also cook nuts during a meal in a stew, this is the healthiest way of eating nuts and also better for the teeth. Nuts remove minerals from the body, such as bones and teeth if you eat too many of them, a very small handful of nuts is more than enough.

Stew

Stews are the healthiest when it comes to hot meals, vegetables and meat should be cooked until done (a very long time) so that they can be properly digested in the stomach. You can prepare the vegetables and the meat together in the pan, the preparation time can usually be the same.

If you prepare a meal, cook it with as much liquid as possible. It is very healthy to get your liquid from a stew. This water is then completely saturated with good nutrients and is therefore much easier to absorb and makes the body less thirsty.

Snacks

Try to come up with healthy snacks without adding sugar.

— Apple in pieces with (Ceylon) cinnamon.

— Popcorn with a little Celtic sea salt

— Coconut chips (coconut shavings). Coconut chips are pure and only sun-dried coconut flesh

— Nuts

— Cheese

— Meat, fish, etc.

Restaurant

In most restaurants you do not know what you are ‘really’ getting. The restaurants try to sell food and make a profit, this is logical, but the more and the tastier the better, they often think. But in most cases these will not be concerned with your health and therefore it is often the cheapest meat and food full of e-numbers and other additives, and white refined sugars and white table salt. Of course, there are exceptions of restaurants that do better.

Eat a piece of meat every day

Your brain needs good quality animal fats to relax and do its job properly. The fats in meat are pure power.

As a woman, if you are with child (expecting a child), feel free to have a piece of extra meat for breakfast and an egg daily.

Fatty meat provides a lot of strength and health, thick hair, strong bones, healthy teeth, etc.

The fattier the meat, the healthier, it must contain fat to be able to process it properly.

(Avoid lean meat such as chicken fillet, tartare or steak, and if nothing better can be found in store than supplement it with lots of grass-fed butter)

Antibiotic-free meat (no antibiotics in the meat) And preferably from grass-fed animals, natural meat, etc.

Turn on the extractor hood on one of the fastest settings when you roast meat, gas from the burner and smoke from roasting is bad for you, ventilate well, open the window during cooking so that the extractor hood can work properly, if you do not have a window open, the extractor hood does not extract properly and it draws a vacuum and the smoke remains partly in the house.

Stove / Cooking plate

Cooking on gas is free from radiation, but make sure you turn on the extractor hood and leave a window slightly ajar.

Cooking on induction is not recommended because this is a high source of radiation. With induction the soil is induced, which means that a large amount of electromagnetic radiation is measurable, which will not be good for your health.

If you want to cook electrically, choose a glass ceramic cooking plate.

Bone broth

Broth from animal bones is an exceptional superfood, full with minerals.

Stock from animal bones, old-fashioned stock/soup made from animal bones (shank, marrow bones, oxtail) and chicken soup/chicken stock.

There seems to be nothing richer in healthy nutrients than this. A gelatine rich broth is mainly obtained from joints and knees that still have soft tissue attached to them.

You can only see the thickness of the gelatin after it has cooled in the refrigerator.

Broth is also very good for the woman when she expecting a child.

A budget tip: save the bones of, for example, chicken bones and ribs after eating, put the bones in the freezer, and when you have enough, make a stock from them, you can possibly add a marrow bone and some extra pieces of meat.

Eat good fats

Your body may have to get used to eating a lot of animal fat.

You then switch from sugar burning to fat burning.

Your stomach may be upset for a little while by the amount of fat because it is not used to it. (You may have to go to the toilet an extra time…)

Your body will automatically get used to eating more fat, after a few weeks it will be normal.

Try to ensure that your meals consist of a combination of the three main food groups:

fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

Fats first, then proteins and then carbohydrates.

You can eat a lot of saturated fats (as long as you do not feel nauseous it is fine), (animal fat).

Eat fat

Animal fat is pure strength.

When have you eaten too much fat? You will automatically notice too much fat and you will feel nauseous, but that is almost impossible with good fats.

Eggs

Get your own chickens and give them good food, vegetables and fruit waste, worms, sunlight, so you have the best eggs.

Fermenting and preserving

If you choose to ferment food, this means that you can store it longer and enjoy it at a later time.

Fermenting is easy to do yourself and has several advantages.

Fermenting improves the taste and increases vitamins.

Fermented foods become more digestible, reduce inflammation, boost the immune system. Fermented products contain healthy probiotic bacteria and are good for intestinal flora.

Ferment Raw Sour Cabbage, Pickles, etc., eat raw.

Grass-fed dairy products, cattle / cows should eat grass.

Herb for the service of man: healthy eating does us a service, it keeps us healthy.

Milk that has been pasteurized in the factory no longer contains living bacteria and this can allow the wrong bacteria to multiply more quickly in the body. A step further is homogenized milk, which causes problems such as the extraction of minerals, it is no longer complete, the fats are destroyed, beaten during the factory processes and confuses the body.

Make your own Kefir

You can make kefir from kefir grains.

We often make kefir ourselves by getting a few liters of organic raw milk from the farmer, poured into glass bottles ourselves, then we get 1 bottle of kefir from the ‘Rauw Power’ brand and add 3 tbsp of it to every 1L of raw milk, then leave the bottles of milk outside the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours, and you will have a very tasty kefir, because that ‘Rauw Power’ kefir is very tasty, and it is also a lot cheaper, almost 1/3 of the price, and once you have the kefir at home you do not have to buy a new one anymore, you can use it again and again.

Commanding people to eat no meat is a doctrine of devils

1 Timothy 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanks-giving:

1 Timothy 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

Because of this text in the New Testament, we eat any kind of meat that we think is healthy. As long as there is no blood in it and it has not been sacrificed to idols and we are consciously and deliberately told this. Genesis 9:3, Acts 15:20, 2 Timothy 2:15, Acts 10:11-16, Romans 14:2.

Genesis 9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Acts 15:20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Acts 10:11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:

I am not saying that you can not make the choice not to eat meat, but I think it is better to eat meat.

Years ago, I was completely vegan for 10 months, during which time I ate and drank no milk, no eggs, no meat, no fish, no animal products, and I would strongly advise against living a vegan life. I had lost almost 20 pounds (10 kilo) and I am sure it did more harm than good to my health.

I then started eating meat, dairy, eggs and fish again after 10 months because a brother in Christ showed me 1 Timothy 4:1-5. Do not be fooled by worldly food trends.

Vegetable oils

Vegetable oil and vegetable butter is an industrial invention of the early 19th century and is unhealthy, for 99% the same as plastic.

Omit and throw away the wrong fats and oils (including margarines, corn oil, sunflower oil).

Fruit-based oils that are good are; Coconut oil extra virgin, and extra virgin olive oil.

Protein powders

Avoid products that contain protein powders. (sports powders, protein shakes etc.) Because they usually contain carcinogens that are formed during processing. Consuming protein without the cofactors that occur in nature can lead to deficiencies, especially fat-soluble vitamins.

Whole grain

Whole wheat means slow sugars due to the fiber in the product and is therefore very healthy. Whole grain fibers are good for digestion and give the intestines rest, the sugars from it are absorbed slowly and this is good.

– Whole grain Basmati rice.

– Whole grain oatmeal in water or milk.

– Whole wheat spelt (dinkel) meal (wheat). (Make sure you do not eat flour, or as little as possible.)

Meal is whole wheat (the whole), Flour is refined (white) (sifted).

Actually it is also the same with fruit verses fruit juices:

— Apple is the whole (slow sugars, fibers),

— Apple juice is refined (white) (non-whole) (no fibres, fast sugars).

It is very difficult to get fat from healthy food in combination with healthy work and sufficient exercise.

Avoid improperly prepared seeds, nuts and grains found in granules, quick rise breads and squeezed breakfast cereals as these block mineral absorption and cause problems in the gut / stomach.

Bread is an important basis of our diet. Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Bread is something that often appears in the word of God, unleavened bread, leavened bread, cakes and wafers.

The Bible tells us in Psalms that bread gives you a strong heart.

And also that people’s hearts will fail during the second coming of Jesus Christ: Luke 21:26.

Nowadays, the gluten-free diet is on the rise, which means no longer eating bread, or alternatively eating bread made from nuts and seeds. I think it would be good to stay far away from this since the word of God values bread so highly. 
Jesus Christ says: I am that bread of life. (John 6:48)

I can understand that there are people with a sensitive belly, but I think they should look elsewhere first instead of avoiding bread. This is done by improving your intestines / bowels through raw milk products and healthy animal fats such as eating fat meat and eating healthy leavened bread, etc., a completely different diet that supports healthy intestinal bowel flora, not running on sugar but running on fat.

We only use organic products, from grass-fed animals, organic vegetables, herbs, fruit and grain. These contain more minerals than ‘conventional’ products, they are much healthier and have more taste.

Noah Websters 1828 Dictionary;
1. Meal; The substance of edible grain ground to fine particles, and not bolted or sifted. Meal primarily includes the bran as well as the flour.

Whole grain spelt meal is a healthy, nutritious and more digestible type of meal.

Make sure you do not eat white flour, or as little as possible. White flour goes through a process where it loses its natural nutrients. White flour does not includes the bran and is sifted so that it loses its fibres. Without the fibres (bran) you have chance in getting problems in your intestines / bowels and have blockages and high levels of sugar that are too fast for your intestines / bowels to digest.

But why a whole whole grain (meal) leavened bread? 
Leaven (Sourdough) is something very special, because it ensures that some of the processing of the grains takes place before we eat it, making the bread much more digestible and therefore more nutritious.

For this reason it also helps people with sensitive intestines/bowels. In addition, leaven (sourdough) is a natural leavening agent and breaks down acids such as phytic acid. This whole grain bread also contains slow sugars because of the fibres in it and these are therefore evenly absorbed by the body, making it a healthy source of natural slow sugars. The fibers in whole grain meal (grain) is good for digestion and gives the bowels rest.

And why not commercial bread? 
All commercial bread contains iodized table salt, this is salt that has been washed and removed from minerals and bleached with chlorine and added with synthetic iodine / an E-number, and is unhealthy for you. The commercial, so-called ‘whole grain meal breads’ are often only partly whole grain and therefore you still eat at least 50% to 80% white flour. In addition, it often contains many e-numbers / unhealthy additives, instant yeast, and baker’s yeast are also unhealthy. Therefore choose home made leavened bread.

We order via www.de-zuidmolen.nl, this German flour is finely ground spelt flour than what we got from Dutch mills, and we think it provides a better baking result. The finer the grain is milled, the better it absorbs moisture, and the coarser the milled, the drier and less moisture it absorbs. This is certainly reflected in the baking result.

The BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measure that shows your weight and height in relation.

Calculate your BMI to avoid being underweight and therefore developing health problems.

You calculate your BMI by dividing your weight by your height, and then dividing this again by your height.

Suppose you are 87 kilos and 1.83 meters tall.

Then the calculation is as follows:

87.00 kilos : 1.83 meters = 47.54 : 1.83 meters = 25.98 BMI

It is healthy to have an average BMI of 25.

If your BMI is 19 or even below, you are clearly underweight and you should really try to gain some weight by eating healthy animal fat.

You do not have to look fat if you have a high BMI, it tells and shows that you are healthy and have heavy and strong bones.

With a lower limit of 19 BMI you run the risk of developing deficiencies and sickness, which can cause you to become ill, i can cause bone loss or joint problems, etc.

You cannot use this calculation for children.

Children should have firm cheeks and not an excessively fat body.

If you eat too much, this is counterproductive, your body cannot process it, you get foul stools / diarrhea, eating too much makes you unhealthy.

I remember when i used to go out to eat at a restaurant and my stool would not be good the next day, a result of overeating and wrong sources of food/soda, the body has an anti reaction.

Stool (poo) should be solid, this means that it has been digested and you have not eaten too much.

Gluttony, that is excessive eating, so eating too much, is very unhealthy and a sin. Eating a lot encourages you to eat even more.

Stop eating just before you really start to feel full.

If you eat slowly you will feel full sooner. It takes a while before you feel full.

Proverbs 23:21 For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

Deutronomy 21:20 And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

It is important for women that when they are with child (expecting a child), they have a BMI around 25 or even above, so that there are reserves for while they are with child. Being with child demands a lot from the body, so eat well.

In any case, try to stay far away from a BMI of 19 or even lower.

Women should look full with healthy round curves, nowadays the image of women is spoiled by a skinny photo model, but this is deception and not health.

Change your self-image and accept round curves on your body, but make sure you eat healthy, if you get fat from unhealthy food and drinks, this is of course not health, but when you weigh more through healthy food and drinks, this results in a better health. So weighing a lot does not necessarily mean health, but eating healthy and sufficient food most of the time does.

Healthy eating means staying away from e-numbers and additives, preparing all your own food without packets and bags, and consuming lots of healthy animal fats. Bone broths, grass-fed meat with a lot of fat, grass-fed butter, raw milk dairy products, fatty fish from wild catch, Celtic sea salt, drinking clean water with Sole, sourdough bread.

Steamer

Steamer cooking pan for steaming vegetables.

Very healthy and the minerals and nutrients remain in the food. If you cook vegetables in water you lose a lot of nutrients in the water, which almost does not happen when steaming vegetables and that is why steaming vegetables is much healthier.

The only way when preparing vegetables in liquid is not a problem is when you make a stew, because then you actually eat/drink the water.

The vegetables retain much more flavor. Taste the difference, take a steamer.

Pans

Buy a frying pan without a non-stick layer and without ceramic or enamel (glaze).

Stainless steel frying pan is great for frying meat and eggs and pancakes, puffs, etc. We have the Scanpan Fusion 5, 33cm, and the Scanpan Impact, 28cm. www.scanpan.eu, these pans are indeed pricey but they last more than a lifetime.

Use wooden spatula in the pan.

Cast iron frying pan is nice for meat or stews, the pan has black untreated iron on the inside, and often also on the outside, even for use on the campfire.

We have a frying pan from the Lodge brand, Lodge Pro Logic Cast Iron Black ø30 cm USA (Dutch: Lodge Pro Logic Gietijzer Zwart ø30 cm). This pan will also last for several generations, you will hopefully never need another one.

(Always grease cast iron immediately after washing with a thin layer of butter and then briefly place it on the gas stove to prevent rust. Even if you have used the pan with a lid, you will probably have to grease it with butter because condensation will then form in the pan. The lid forms and rusts after cooking, you will learn to work with it. It is also better to transfer gravy with a high moisture/water content into another rvs pan to prevent rust afterwards, you will learn to work with it when time goes bye.)

In principle, when you have roasted a piece of meat, you do not have to wash the pan, just leave it alone and fry new meat again next time, because of the fat and heat during frying / baking it is completely clean and healthy to do it this way. For 100 euros you can already have a cutlery set made of 18/10 stainless steel.

Lighting / lamps

When you use lamps in your home when it is dark, use the right lamps. We have noticed that if you use Philips lamps, they provide a much calmer and nicer light than the average other lamp.

It has to do with the frequency, many lamps that you can buy have too low a refresh frequency of the light, causing it to flash, you cannot see this, it is just too fast for that, but you will unknowingly get tired of this, if you take a camera and (turn off the anti-flicker reduction if this is possible) and you set the shutter speed to 8000 or 16000th of a second, you will see the image flashing on the screen in the ‘live view modes’, you will then see that many lamps are not good and flash, the special thing is that with a Philips lamp you do not have this problem, even at 16000 refreshments per second. That is partly why these lamps are so fine.

The color temperature of the light also partly determines the rest for the eyes and Philips lamps have a nice color temperature of usually 2700 Kelvin, where you can work comfortably with.

It is also nice if the lamp has a CRI of at least 80 or higher.

This says something about how real the colors are that you see, the higher the CRI, the more real the colors, the sun in daylight is 100% CRI.

Philips lamps have a CRI of 80 and some 90 and this is fine, there are lamps that go even higher, but I am not sure whether these are also good in terms of flickering / the refresh frequency.

We are very enthusiastic about the Philips lamps.

Please note that the logo is present on the packaging of ‘Eye Comfort’. This means that the lamp is easy on the eyes.

Monitor / computer screen

When you sit behind a computer, PC or laptop, always turn on a lamp, make sure you never sit in a dark room, and even better is a lamp behind the screen, this gives rest for the eyes.

Glasses

Try to avoid or reduce wearing glasses, the more you wear glasses, the lazier the eyes become, the eyes get used to the correction of the glasses and in many cases you are then further away from home. If you wear glasses, try to look without glasses more often, challenge your eyes.

Food

Eyes must be used in the right way to keep them in good condition and a healthy diet is also very important. And by that I mean consuming lots of healthy animal fats. Bone broths, grass-fed meat with a lot of fat, grass-fed butter, raw milk dairy products, Celtic sea salt, sourdough leavened bread, fatty fish from wild catch, etc.

You can also help children with bad eyesight, a lot can be done with exercises, but from me a tip, do not put too much pressure, children should only do exercises if they like it and enjoy it, children link bad or good experiences to the eyes, this can influence how they develop their eyes.

For example, if a child sometimes looks lazy, this may have to do with tension in the body, both physically and emotionally. Try to make the exercises as fun as possible. If the child likes it, they will enjoy using their eyes and do the exercises, if the exercises are not a pleasant experience or are compulsive, they will stop looking properly and react negatively and not do their best, the eye will even do worse.

Tension in the body can be related to incorrectly looking eyes and can be resolved by massages of the back, head, neck and feet.

You can also simply make children enthusiastic by doing the exercises with, for example, a few raw nuts. Break the nuts into small pieces and do the eye exercises with them and give them a piece of nut when they have done it right.

It may not sound necessary, but it is works very well and children are then very motivated, especially young children because they sometimes do not understand the point of the exercise and their attention span is otherwise very low and short, and sometimes you do not want to explain the point of the exercise to maximize the fun to make the exercise, then it is just a fun game and not a must.

It is special because I have good eyes and after I bought these books by ‘Natural Seeing’ and Janet Goodrich to study, I discovered that I was already doing many of the exercises myself. That might explain the good vision I still have.

The exercises are also good if you still have good eyesight, so you can hopefully prevent deterioration or slow down the deterioration of the eyes, and even improve if you do your best.

Clothing

The materials wool, cotton and linen are good at regulating moisture. Wool is warm, but can also cool. Linen is cool. And cotton can be called neutral or cool. Wool even provides warmth when wet.

It is better to avoid synthetic clothing due to synthetic dust that is inhaled inside the house. Synthetic clothing gives you a static charge. It is especially important to wear the underlayers made of natural material.

Buy modest clothes. The word ‘modest’ comes from the word ‘limit’. So do not wear your clothes too short, not tight and neatly covered on the body parts that should be covered. This applies to men and women.

‘Once you have a barefoot shoe

you will never go back to anything else’

Barefoot shoes help the body to relax and reduce back problems. The feet are made to spread the toes and this is not possible in normal shoes. Normal shoes are too narrow at the front of the toes and the sole is too stiff, causing people to walk in an unnatural way.

Buy a barefoot shoe in which you cannot feel the front and sides of the shoe near your toes.

Zero drop is nice and important with a barefoot shoe. This means that there is no heel in the shoe. Almost all other shoes always have a built-in heel, even if you do not see it, even with sneakers, and this is bad for your back and makes for an unnatural walk.

A leather sole in the shoe ensures a good foot climate.

Toe socks, with a high cotton content, this helps to spread your toes in the shoe and therefore walk healthily and helps against sweaty feet. (Highly recommended) Toe socks force your toes to spread again and return to the correct position.

(only buy the brands that are extra wide at the toes)

Also nice in the winter are the thermo or woollen insoles made of natural latex and sheep fur.

We bought our barefoot shoes 2 to 3 to 4 sizes larger than what we used to have. I used to walk in size 43 and now with barefoot shoes I easily buy size 46 or 47 dutch shoe size.

Ordering online is not recommended, it is better to try them on in the store because it varies a lot per brand.

Many barefoot brands are fine as long as it has an extra wide front toe box, there are also brands that are too narrow in the front and I would not buy those.

Your feet continue to grow a little as you get older, and when you start walking in barefoot shoes your feet also grow a size in length and width.

For children we currently have shoes from Tikki Shoes.

Chickweed Salve

Chickweed Salve is a nice ointment for wounds, skin irritations, sore baby buttocks, dry skin or dry lips.

Requirements:

– 250 ml Olive oil (Organic, Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed)

– 50 grams Beeswax (Grated) (Organic, 100% Pure Beeswax)

– 2 tablespoons organic Plantain (plantago, weegbree)

– 2 tablespoons organic Chickweed

– Glass jar or bottle

– Sieve or cheesecloth

– Sunny spot

How to make:


Step 1:

Pour the olive oil into the glass jar, together with the tablespoons of herbs.

Put the lid on and shake it back and forth so that all the herbs are covered in the olive oil.

Step 2:

Choose a nice spot in your window, where the sun shines most of the day, and place the glass jar there.

The sun ensures that the herbs are even more absorbed into the oil.

Step 3:

After 2 weeks, but this can also be longer, the oil is ready.

Step 4:

Now you can strain the oil, this works very well with a cotton cheesecloth, but a fine sieve will also do the job, catch the oil in a bowl.

Step 5:

Take a pan and heat 50 grams of beeswax slowly and not too hot until it has melted on the fire.

Step 6: 
Add the strained olive oil from step 4 to the melted beeswax. After this you can pour it into a jar or several small jars and let it harden.

After this, the Chickweed Salve is ready for use.

The thickness of the salve can be adjusted as desired. The more beeswax, the thicker and harder the ointment becomes. If you are not happy with the thickness after hardening, you can melt it again and add olive oil (for a thinner result) or beeswax (for a thicker result) if desired.

You can also add other oils such as; Extra virgin, cold pressed coconut oil.

It is also possible not to add plantain or chickweed, but only to make an salve from:

250 ml Olive oil (organic, extra virgin, cold pressed)

50 grams of Beeswax (grated) (organic 100% pure Beeswax)

In addition, Coconut oil (Extra virgin, cold pressed) in itself is a very nice skin care product, the great thing about coconut oil is that it is relatively non-greasy when you apply it, while salve made from olive oil and beeswax is very greasy and lasts a long time on the skin, so you have a nice salve at your disposal for both applications.

Candles

If you burn candles, buy ones made from beeswax.

Paraffin candles are not healthy to burn indoors in terms of the air to breathe.

Vegetable garden

Healthy homegrown food. Compost bin is a nice addition to the vegetable garden, and good for the earth. Working hard in the vegetable garden is healthy. A vegetable garden honors God through working with your hands. Genesis 3:17-19

Self-sufficient living provides the healthiest food, without pesticides or coastal fertilizers.

John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Working with your hands

For example, wash the dishes by hand, or make something for the home yourself, grow your own vegetables, doing things yourself honours God and it gives contentment or satisfaction in life, you feel useful.

Radiation

No telephone in the bedroom. Radiation can cause sleeping problems.

Make sure that your bed or slatted base is not made of metal or has as little metal as possible, as little iron as possible in the bed.

If you have an electric slatted base, unplug it when you are not using it.

No clock radio plugged in next to your bed on the bedside table, too close (radiation).

Unplug all electronic devices in the bedroom as much as possible when you sleep.

Buy a battery powered alarm clock, then you will have minimal to no radiation.

Place your bed and chair as far away from electrical sockets as possible, and do not sit next to an electric heater, chargers also emit a lot of radiation, do not sleep against a radiator.

You can partly block radiation by grounding it and by using aluminum foil, for example.

It is best to limit electricity in your life.

Wifi

Be careful with wifi and 4g and holding your phone in your hands all day.

If you need to use a computer, it is useful to have a computer connected to a fixed internet cable without wifi, grounded in the socket.

Grounding equipment dissipates radiation.

Important devices to ground are: refrigerator, laptop, PC, monitor, (things that you often touch or are close to).

And especially with laptops and telephones, be careful, if the battery is empty, people use it while it is on the charger, and these chargers are often ungrounded and people sit with their hands on them all day long, and laptops and smartphones are often connected to WiFi and some people keep them in their pockets all day long.

Grounding may be an option to sleep closer to the “ground”.

Earthing can also be done in the garden and means standing with your bare feet on the ground so that radiation can escape from the body.

Back problems and sleeping

Natural water such as the sea, a river or lake is close to the creation of God.

Take good care of the earth

Revelation 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Is everything going wrong?

God can chastise a Christian if sin gets in the way:

Have you put away the old things from your old life and stopped evil works? Is your life really new in Christ?

Pursue a holy life before God every day. Pray for revelation and look for the sin in your life and clean it up. Then fill the emptiness within you with the word of God, the Holy Spirit, and the love of Jesus Christ and with hard work.

Listen to your body

Eat what your body tells you to eat when it comes to healthy foods. So if you feel having a drink of sole, have a glass of sole. If you feel like having a piece of leavened bread, your body tells you this for a reason, eat a piece of bread. Do you feel like eating meat, eat meat, God has given us this signal to feed our body with what it needs. Do you feel like eating fruit? Eat fruit. Do you feel like honey, eat honey? etc. If you fancy chips, do not eat chips but an apple and drink a glass of sole.

Eating too much, (gluttony) is very unhealthy and condemned in the Bible. Eating a lot encourages you to eat even more.

Unhealthy eating encourages even more unhealthy eating and more eating.

Healthy eating encourages even healthier eating and moderate eating because your body will tell you clearer that you are full.

Stop eating just before you really start to feel full.

If you eat slowly you will feel full sooner. It takes a while before you feel full.

Proverbs 23:21 For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

Deutronomy 21:20 And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

“In every thing give thanks:”, but how can you thank God for a hamburger and a milkshake full of e-numbers and glucose fructose sugar and color and flavorings, msg?

If you want to eat healthily and things that honors God, you will have to make your own food with clear stand-alone ingredients and spices. Know what you eat.

Ingredients

Did you know that what is listed first on the ingredients list of a product is the most used in the product, and what is listed last on the ingredients list is the less used / added into the product.

Always check the packaging, the ingredients ‘spices’ and ‘herbs’ are ingredients that may contain several additives.

Avoid from concentrate or extract, eat whole products.

If you buy a carton of juice and vitamin C is mentioned on the list, this means that vitamin C does not come from the used juice of the fruit, but is added to the juice later.

If no sugar is mentioned in the ingredients list, this does not mean that there is no sugar in it. Sugar comes in various forms and names. So you have lactose (milk sugar), maltrose (sugar from barley), sucrose/sucrose (table sugar), dextrose (grape sugar), fructose (fruit sugar) and glucose (grape sugar), etc.

The best product is a product with only 1 ingredient, and that is the product itself. Cook without packages and bags and buy whole products.

Freezer, refrigerator

This highly respected dentist and dental scientist chose to focus on healthy people: what was their secret? On his quest, Dr. Price traveled to hundreds of cities in 14 countries.

Eat unprocessed natural food.

“Dietary Dangers” and “Dietary Guidelines”:

Do not use margarine or low-fat margarine as shortening, but use natural animal fats such as butter, suet or lard. A favorable exception among vegetable fats is un-deodorized, extra virgin coconut oil.


ALWAYS eat more fats than proteins. NO more lean meat and if the meat contains little fat, amply compensate for the lean proteins with fat (see point 1). The easiest way is fatty stews and soups. If lean animal protein is not balanced by fats, you get ‘rabbit starvation’, which is blood poisoning due to the build-up of ammonia. The current nutritional advice is therefore downright dangerous and sickening and promotes a state of MALNUTRITION!


Aim to eat (or drink) meals that are as fluid as possible. This includes: raw milk, raw milk kefir, soups, broths and stews. Make particular use of ‘residual products’ from slaughter, such as: marrowbones, shanks, knees, tail and bones.


Limit your intake of carbohydrates, sugar and starch, and only eat bread if it has been soured with sourdough.


Use Celtic sea salt to your heart’s content. You do not have to be afraid of your blood pressure, any more than you have to be afraid of saturated fats and cholesterol due to cardiovascular disease.

Ephesians 5:31 ‘For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.’

Marriage is ordained of God, he has made man and woman, and these two are in marriage one flesh. (Genesis 1:27, 2:18 en 24)

True marriage is for God and His church, something between God, man and woman, and this is where the origin lies.

A Biblical marriage is a blessing, God knows what is good for us, after all, He is our creator. Husband and wife become one flesh and let their marriage be guided by the word of God and the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 5:22-33)

5. Ceremony – read Ephesians 5:22-33 to each other.

7. Wedding night – Marriage bed (Hebrews 13:4) – Children, ‘if God gives them’. (Genesis 29:31, 30:22, Ecclesiastes 11:5) For this is a woman’s highest goal in life if she has a husband, to raise children and take care of the house. (Genesis 8:15-17)

1 Timothy 2:15 ‘Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.’



Titus 2:4-5 4 ‘That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.’

A beautiful ensample in the Bible is how Jesus Christ is the Bridegroom of His church the bride (believers in Christ Jesus). A beautiful example from God to us about how much He loves His church, but also an example for the husband on how much he must love his wife. (Ephesians 5:25)

A few more short points on Marriage:

– Do you have dissension? Then read (Ephesians 4:21-26 and 29-32) Ephesians 4:26: ”Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:”



Do you have problems with lust? Get married. (1 Corinthians 7:1-9)



Do NOT ‘know’ one another before marriage. (no sex before marriage) (Genesis 4:1, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10)



– We believe that using contraception (anti-conception) is not an option for Christians because it goes against God’s clear command to multiply abundantly, God clearly says; be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein. Listen to God, and do not listen to men. The world says; “overpopulation, overpopulation!” this is nonsense, and against the will of God, God wants us to be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. (Genesis 2:24, Genesis 9:1, Genesis 9:7) We believe that masturbation is a form of contraception and a sin. Are you burning? Then get married. (1 Corinthians 7:9, Galatians 5:16)



– Marriage is unto death. (Matthew 19:4-6)

– Paul advises not to remarry. (1 Corinthians 7:39-40, 1 Corinthians 7:8) But he said that young widowed women should remarry to avoid a sinful and idle life. (1 Timothy 5:11-15)



– Divorce is sin. (1 Corinthians 7:10-11 Matthew 5:31-32)



– If one commits fornication in marriage, divorce is allowed. (Matthew 19:7-9) (1 Corinthians 5:11-13)



– Do not marry an unbeliever. (If this has happened and one of the two is converted, bring your husband or wife to Christ.) (2 Corinthians 6:14-17, 1 Corinthians 7:15 and 39)



– Living together and not wanting to marry as husband and wife is sin and great disobedience to the word of God, the church should not be partakers with them, this sin should not be mentioned once among them, (Ephesians 5:3-9) (Hebrews 13:4) (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, 13-20) (1 Thessalonians 4: 3-8) for which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on them. (Colossians 3:5-7) Do not be fooled by this worldly trend. Getting married is a must if you want to be one and come together as a husband and wife, if you do not get married you fall under the Bible term; ‘whoremonger, fornicator’.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 ‘Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.’

Children

When God gives; Children.

1 Timothy 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Getting married and bearing children is a woman’s highest goal.

Children give a good distraction in life so that there is less time to think about negative things / worries and vain idle pursuits.

Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Raising children yourself, feeding them healthy food and homeschooling them is hard work and makes you tired, which means you sleep better.

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

With child

In KJB 1611 this is called ‘with child’. The woman is having a child in her belly.

The booklet already contained many tips for when you are pregnant. You should eat healthy and nutritious food because a baby is growing and you burn a lot of strengt.

Eat healthy, eat an extra piece of meat or fish every day, drink home made bone broth, eat an egg every day and rest where necessary.

Drink enough water and sole.

Try to listen to your body, if you are tired, and if your body gives you hard bellies, stop and sit or lie down, it is a signal to slow down a bit.

Yet it is very good to keep moving, because sitting still is damaging to the body, try to keep a nice balance between the alternation of moving and resting, and especially moving.

If you are with child, it is better not to feel very hungry, try to eat regularly. And eat lots of fatty meat and good quality oily fish.

Adam and Eve did it, Zacharias and Elizabeth could do it and billions of others preceded us in a natural home birth.

It is very nice to experience a natural home birth together, with the curtains closed, a candle lit, a familiar safe environment, a clean environment, prayer and rest.

Wanting to give birth in advance in good health in a hospital is still unusual for Christian Dutch people and also for secular Dutch people. Our mothers teach us to give birth at naturally at home and we would like to continue to stand for this, this is something beautiful to which we as Dutch people can be a witness to the rest of the (particularly) Western world. It has been researched and proven that home births are more likely to be natural and successful.

Do not eat the placenta, only animals do that, and Paul writes that we should abstain from drinking/eating blood, a placenta is full of blood, throw it away, bury it in the garden. The Bible warns against man who chooses the unnatural and turns away from God and how He created or intended things.

It is a myth that as a healthy woman you ‘must’ have a 3 to 4 year break between each child for recovery. With healthy food and a healthy lifestyle you can conceive within a short period of time. (if God gives children of course)

Childbirth should happen with pain, the pain tells you how to give birth during childbirth, you can read this in every book about childbirth, it confirms the word of God. (Genesis 3:16)

Hebrews chapter 11. By faith. By believing and putting your trust in it.

If you are expecting a child, (with child), it is unfortunately no longer possible to sleep on your belly or back during the last 2 to 3 months. Then sleep on your side with, for example, a nursing pillow between your arms and legs to reduce the pressure on your legs and hips and thus reduce the risk of pelvic complaints.

A Belly drop pillow is also nice. This is a small moon-shaped pillow with seeds in it that you place slightly under your belly.

Use a neck support pillow when lying and sleeping on your side.

With these different pillows you prevent hopefully sleeping arms, sleeping fingers, reduction of back complaints, better rested, less tension on the stomach, etc. Of course, a healthy diet also helps to prevent or reduce these types of complaints.

Let the theme of home birth also be part of your home education, learn the ins and outs about childbirth at home, nowadays this is almost taboo, young adults know almost nothing about childbirth anymore and this is a shame because this is good to talk about and it is especially important for the damsels (young ladies) to prepare them for this in advance.

Let the umbilical cord tap out before cutting it, this provides many health benefits for the baby such as more oxygen and extra iron.

Try to use reusable materials as much as possible, you can easily wash cotton such as towels with blood in it and possibly save it for the next birth. Washable sanitary towels (washable menstrual pad) are also an good solution.

A birthing stool can be found in the Bible (Exodus 1:16), giving birth on hands and knees is a bit more comfortable, especially at the end of the deliveries (in the active vase) this is calmer and there is less chance of tearing out, a birthing stool can go too quick with a greater risk of tearing out. It is nice to use the birthing stool for a change of position. You should not sit on a birthing stool for too long at a time due to the risk of swelling, etc. Tearing can be healed easily and quickly by normal bed rest and good hygiene after delivery. Pelvic instability

Often a problem of mineral deficiency. Drink sole (minerals) and eat more meat and fish with saturated animal fat. A piece of meat in the morning and a piece of meat and cheese from Remeker (Remeker, dutch cheese) in the evening.

You need minerals, in the form of large amounts of Celtic sea salt. Drinking sole works fastest and is more effective. Unhealthy food removes minerals and is therefore counterproductive.

Baby

Breastfeeding and feeding the baby

Breastfeeding for at least six months, and a maximum of about a year should be sufficient in most cases, since you can maybe already have a second child, and longer than a year is usually not necessary. If you breastfeed at night, it is very nice to use a red light when you need some light to see if the baby is breastfeeding well. The red light wakes you up much less than with white light. You can use a USB rechargeable red rear light from your bicycle, etc., so you do not have to keep buying expensive batteries.

If your baby wants something to eat after a few months, pre-chew the food you give. (Do not make a paste of the food with the hand blender, it destroys the nutrients.)

When teeth emerge, pre-chew everything that is too hard for the child until it has enough teeth and can chew everything properly on its own. This is often after the baby is 2 years old and has molars and understands that it needs to chew properly. Children aged 1.5 years may already have had all their teeth and molars, but they do not yet fully understand that they have to chew long and thoroughly, which means that a lot of food is not digested properly.

The child will also probably eat better if it is pre-chewed. Pre-chew vegetables that the baby does not like together with the meat and gravy together, then they will eat it and get used to the taste.

By pre-chewing, the baby absorbs the nutrients from the food much better and can digest the food much better.

Chicory is one of the few sources of bitterness that we eat. If you eat it regularly, it will also enter breast milk and can help against jaundice in newborns.

If your child does not want or cannot drink breast milk, keep trying, but if it really does not work or your breasts are not getting started, keep trying with a manual pump.

In the meantime, arrange for another mother / neighbor who can breastfeed, perhaps she will want to express milk for you, because a woman who eats healthily can easily produce breast milk for 2 children and possibly freeze it, but fresh is better.

If you do not want to breastfeed at all, which should always be option 1, you can look into the Weston A Price Foundation Baby Formula.

Breastfeeding is gradually reduced from about six months of age. After six months, a baby can easily start eating along with what you eat, as long as you eat healthy food. You can also add salt to your meal as long as you use Celtic Sea Salt, and do not overdo it, of course.

First let the newborn baby sleep in the bedroom as long as it still gets milk from mom. It is nice to put a bed next to your own bed, and then take out the side of the cot and place it against your own bed. Place it at exactly the same height as your own mattress, so that the baby semi-sleeps in your bed and you can pick it up and put it back when it is thirsty, so you and the baby wake up minimally, so you can hopefully continue sleeping peacefully.

Also nice is a short-haired sheep fur that the baby sleeps on.

You can drip breast milk into the eye if the eye irritates.

Garlic increases milk production.

Coconut oil helps against thrush, put a little in the baby’s mouth and on the mother’s nipple several times a day.

Coconut oil, or olive oil and beeswax also helps against cracked nipples, put a little on it after each feeding. Make sure the breastfeeding pads are made of 100% cotton, otherwise you may get infections.

Give one breast first until it is completely empty, and then the other. Then hopefully you will have no or fewer problems with foremilk and aftermilk, etc.

Why washable diapers?

You may think, oh what a lot of work all those washable tie diapers are, but it is not that bad thanks to the tip about the ‘Bidet shower’ that I will tell you more about later, washable tie diapers are an honorable, sober and important task.

With disposable diapers, an average of 5,000 to 7,200 diapers are thrown away per child. A good reason to choose washable diapers.

There are a number of Bible verses that make us think.

Proverbs 18:9 He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster.

Washing diapers means less waste.

As men we have been given an own will and have been placed above the animals, we have been given dominion over the earth and also over the animals, try to take good care of this.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Gen 9:2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

Washable diapers are a good deed and testimony to the world. The woman can be a virtuous woman in this. (Proverbs 31:10-31)

Try to be a good testimony to the people around you.

Washable diapers have been a logical choice for us because we believe it is important to produce as little waste as possible and want to take good care of the earth. We also love natural materials as God intended, and these natural materials always win from the synthetic ones, it is much healthier and has many benefits for our children.

Which diaper system did we choose and why?

We choose washable tie diapers made of organic cotton with woollen overpants, the advantages of which include:

We have tie diapers from the brand Disana from Germany,

the diaper consists of:

– a cotton diaper with binding cords (Disana Tie Nappy, tie nappies)

– an cotton absorbent insert cloth (molton flannel cotton liner)

– and a woollen overpant / trousers (Merino Wool Diaper Cover)

You can use different inserts for these diapers from Disana, the insert is where the poop comes on and the pee soaks into.

Disana 40x40cm molton / flannel diaper liner cloths are used as standard, or 80x80cm hydrophilic cloths (80 x 80 cm woven muslin cloth). We chose for the more compact 40×40 molton liners.

To make the diaper waterproof, put a double-layer woollen overpants from Disana around the diaper. This is available in different sizes, you need 4 of each size to be able to use it comfortably and wash and dry it in case one gets dirty and needs cleaning.

For the newborn baby we recommend starting with size S (62/68) or XS. You can also buy the larger sizes later when your child grows.

Sometimes if poop accidentally gets on the wool pants because your baby had moved a lot and you noticed it too late, you can immediately hose this spot off with the bidet sprayer at the toilet, then let it dry. You do not have to spray the entire wool pants wet, only wash the spot that has become dirty. See also the chapter ‘bidet shower’ for more information about the bidet douche.

We have washable diapers from the Disana brand because they are of high quality and therefore last a long time and are softer than the other brands we have tried, and this has now lasted the 2nd and 3rd child, organic cotton washable diapers from the Disana brand. Top quality.

You save a lot of money:

Washable diapers are much cheaper, especially if they last another child, then the 2nd and 3rd child are free.

Child is toilet trained faster:

Children feel better when they wet their diaper with cloth diapers.

Our daughter was completely potty trained during the day at 1 year and 9 months, she was no longer wearing a diaper. She indicated when she needed to go to the potty and we had no more accidents. From the age of 2 years and 2 months she was also completely potty trained at night and did never wear a diaper anymore.

As soon as your baby is born, use the diaper in combination with the woollen overpants. After a few days you will notice that the diaper does not absorb enough moisture and you will start using an insert/liner. By adding one or more inserts you increase the absorbency of the diaper, for example at night. Usually only 1 insert per diaper is used and more than enough.

This is a one-size diaper. It can be folded as needed in both the front and back to make it small enough to fit a newborn.

How much diapers do you need?

The amount of diapers you need depends a bit on how often you plan to wash the diapers. And also the age of your child. Newborn babies use more diapers than a 1.5 year old baby/child.

We have 20-25 diapers per wash, then the bucket is full, and our washing machine can not fit more. This is after about 3 days with our 1 year old son. Try not to wait longer than 3 days before washing for hygiene reasons.

This way you have an average of 25 diapers in use, and 25 diapers to dry on the washing line.

You can also use this amount of diapers for 2 children at the same time, if you have for ensample a baby of 1 month old and a baby child of 1,5 yours old. You then only need to wash more often.

What do you need?

50 cotton diaper with binding cords, (Tie Nappy)

60 inserts / liners (Molton flannel cotton insert / liner)

4 woollen overpants per size (Merino Wool Diaper Cover)

In total we bought 50 tie diapers and 60 molton flannel inserts / liners 40×40 cm. Plus the woollen overpants, 4 per size.

This is more than average advice, but we do not want to have to worry about having not enough diapers, it is nice to have a few extra diapers and do the laundry the next day when you want to.

We also have 3 diapers in the car as standard in a diaper bag, and all in all you can use the diapers very comfortably without the feeling that they are always running out and you have to start washing immediately because otherwise you would not be able to have enough diapers for the next day.

Washable wipes for wiping the buttocks.

If your child has pressed in the washable diaper, hang this insert in the edge of the toilet and rinse it off with a bidet shower. You literally spray the poop from the rag straight into the toilet bowl. And then the cloth can be thrown straight into the wash with minimal work required.

You can also store the diapers in a closed bucket for 1 day and clean everything in one go at the end of the day.

You can connect the bidet shower via the bottom of your sink, or simply to the shower hose.

We have found a very powerful bidet. The harder the bidet jet sprays, the sooner you will clean the molton diaper liner.

Washable sanitary towels are good for the earth.

Tampons and menstrual cups are dangerous because you can develop and possibly even die from Toxic Shock Syndrome, also known as ‘tampon disease’. You ca not just hope that things will go well. (Luke 4:12)

Washable sanitary napkins – Organic cotton. Van Popolini are made from 100% organic cotton and do not even contain a layer of PUL inside.

A disadvantage of PUL (plastic layer inside) is that it is treated with chemicals. An advantage is that it is 100% waterproof, but in principle it is also without PUL.

The paint does not last very well on a 2nd hand Tripp Trapp chair that has already been repainted.

If possible, try to use untreated wooden toys. Small children put everything in their mouths, and the varnish and paint on toys are harmful.

Do not listen to secular radio, decide for yourself what you listen to.

We do not have a TV in the living room, when we watch something we do this via the PC in the office. The great thing is when you do not have a TV in the living room, you spend less time on the couch, do more, and have better conversations.

Does your child have loose stools? Steam a meal of carrots and give it, this will often stop the loose stools.

Letting your child walk barefoot provides more grip and therefore he will walk faster, so smooth socks are not very useful, otherwise socks with studs.

Bicycle trailer

A bicycle trailer is great fun with children, it is much easier to walk than a normal stroller, it can accommodate 2 children and you can take a lot of groceries with you in the back. This green model was extra narrow, so it can fit in many stores. In addition, this bicycle trailer can also be placed behind the bicycle or folded in the car, which is very handy. Education

God has given us as parents a great responsibility to raise our children according to His word, honor, and pleasure. This is in the best way possible if we as parents provide the upbringing and education to our children. The Bible reads: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.’’ (Proverbs 22:6) If you give your children away to someone else, you hand them over to their thinking, doing and leaving. How ‘Christian’ a public school thinks and claims to be, if you take your child there you will lose most of the control of your child.

Just because schools call themselves ‘Christian’ or ‘with the Bible’ does not mean that this is really the case, nor does it mean that the teachers there are Bible believing Christians, i went to ‘Christian’ schools until I was nineteen and there was little (lower-class school) to nothing (middle/high school) Biblical to be found except for a ‘Christmas story’, and I have not even mentioned the ecumenical religion lessons, the Genesis denying physics lessons, the Atheistic religion we come from stones and monkeys and the fairy tale of the spontaneous big bang ‘long long ago’. (1 Timothy 6:20, Colossians 2:8) Looking back (especially high school), it was a place of blasphemy, fornication, and disobedience. This has to do with not constantly having one place of education (home), with one authority (parents) and one guiding book (The Bible).

The Bible nowhere authorizes or commands us to take our children to a government owned public school and turn our children’s care and education over to secular teaching materials and strangers. After our own experience, we believe that it is therefore better to provide education ourselves.

We understand that once someone has opted for public school it is difficult to deviate from this in the Netherlands, but we believe it is quite a job and a big risk to raise your child ‘in Christ Jesus’ away from home.

In the Bible we can find that parents give instruction. Proverbs 4:1 ”Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding.” (Deuteronomy 6:7)

Vaccines

Christians should not be vaccinated as their bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19) God dwells in us and we should take good care of our bodies. Nor should we change our DNA as vaccines do today by means of genetically modified cells, ‘mRNA’.

God our creator has given us a mouth to eat healthy food and drink clean water, to wash with it and to cleanse things. He did not give us a body to mess or tinker with, God made us wonderfully and we do not need to change that. (Psalm 139:14)

Also the fact that Vaccines are made on aborted babies (abortion) should make you think as a Christian. (Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 127:3) And even though it is sometimes not on the ingredients list, it is a fact and has been used in the making of many vaccines. It has long been common practice for vaccines to be provided with cells from aborted fetuses. Those cell lines are designated, inter alia, by the codes MRC-5, WI-38 and HEK 293 (COVID-19 vaccine). These ‘human diploid’ cells are not only found in the (chicken)pox vaccine Varivax, but also in, among others, Twinrix (hepatitis A/B) and ProQuad (MMRV: measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox; called MMR, or BMR in the Netherlands, without the chickenpox addition). In addition, animal cells are also used, while God has separated us from the animals, we communicate with words and animals with sounds, we have been placed above the beasts and have been given dominion over them. (Genesis 1:28)

Mark 2:17a says, ”When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick:”

– Please note the difference between someone who is healthy (whole), and someone who is sick. Healthy people do not need to be “pre-treated” with a disease, in order to not get the disease.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 ”Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”

– All Vaccines contain toxic “adjuvants” such as Mercury (Thimerosal), Formaldehyde, Aluminum, Propylene Glycol, and many others. The King James Bible gives zero permission to inject poisons into the body with a needle.

Psalms 139:14 ”I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

– Our bodies are perfectly capable of fighting off any disease if we are in good health and our immune system is functioning correctly. It is up to each individual to take care of their body which was given to them by Almighty God, and no one has the right to take control of another man’s body for any reason.

Romans 13:3 ”For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:”

Bible-believing Christians are only required to submit to good rulers who pass laws that do not bring terror to innocent people. Forced Vaccination is one of the greatest forms of bringing terror to people who are not sick and who actually believe that God can cure any illness.

Complaints and problems

You can be mentally ill or physically ill.

Bring your complaints or problems to God in prayer. (fasting and prayer), Ask God for help, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 17:21 Howbeit this child goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

Colossians: 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Think of healthy food, relaxation and healthy exercise. Peace, cleanliness and regularity.

Look for the real problem, the source.

Be careful with fasting, this must be done correctly, and fasting does not necessarily mean that you do not eat anything at all, you can also eat less and less often, or completely eliminate a certain product such as sugar from your diet.

Illness

Do not forget to call on God for healing (prayer) and possibly fasting.

James 4:15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

In principle (God willing) many diseases are reversible, as long as you give your body what it really asks for. You could say your body has an ‘on and off switch’. Where that button is located depends on the presence or absence of nutrients in your diet.

Our body has a very great self-healing capacity, which you can support by consuming the right, complete food.

In addition, you must have the discipline to give your body the opportunity to recover. (Control over the flesh: 1 Corinthians 9:27)

Be aware that when you are ill, unfortunately you have often contributed to this yourself. Galations 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

John 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Are you suddenly going to live a very healthy life?

If you really start eating healthy without compromise, you may first lose weight and then regain weight from healthy animal fats.

It can also take a number of months to several years before you see certain results, one result is achieved sooner than the other, this has to do with your health condition, one is healthier than the other, if you have lived an unhealthy life for years it takes sometimes months to years before you are back in shape again.

During recovery, old waste products may also be released that are removed through the feces. This can sometimes make you a bit tired and have a headache or diarrhea ‘the standard detoxification symptoms’. Do not let this disappoint you, it is actually good that you get rid of the old waste.

The word of God states that plants can do us a service, you can make medicine with ‘herbs and plants’ that can hopefully heal. (Ezekiel 47:12, Psalms 104:14, Proverbs 17:22)

Look for the source of your problem, you have become ill and find out why, otherwise it will often only help you temporarily.

Did you know that natural medicines and herbs have been put in the old box, unfortunately due to legislation herbs and foods are not allowed to state what they cure or serve for in terms of health and healing. A simple example: take a box of organic tea made from 100% Ginger. The packaging may not state that it helps against a cold or flu. Buy a good book about herbs. The right natural medicines are often without side effects, often non-addictive, and of course natural.

Read your Bible

Read your King James Bible every day and read your Bible once a year from cover to cover, you, your wife and your children, this prevents you from falling and keeps you with your first love Jesus Christ. (Revelation 2:4)

Prayer

For the husband, pray out loud every meal, and before going to sleep, God does not like vain repetitions (Matthew 6:7), try to pray a personal prayer, this is how your children learn to pray too.

But the word of God tells us to ask for the old paths. Let us search for ‘The Food Of The Past.’

Sufficient exercise, the right diet and clean drinking water can be a big key to good physical health.

1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil:……. Beware of products that will not help you. (Revelation 22:15)

Try to listen to your body, if you have eaten something and you feel tired afterwards, try to eat less of it next time or not eat it at all.

1 Timothy 6:11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

Eat healthy and live healthy as a good testimony to the lost world.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Turn to a healthier path to honour and please God. Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
